Who this is between #

These terms govern the use of MailMint (mailmint.app.mintapis.com), operated by productivity-boost.com Betriebs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) & Co. KG, Reichenbergerstr. 2, 94036 Passau, Germany (Amtsgericht Passau, HRB 8453). Using the service means accepting them.

The service, as is #

MailMint is provided as is. There is no service level agreement: we do not promise any uptime, response time or error-free parsing. Parsed output is produced by rules and AI models and can be wrong — check the confidence, evidence and needs_review fields before acting on it.

Fair use #

Use the service fairly and lawfully. In particular, do not:

• send spam, or use MailMint to process or distribute unlawful content;
• abuse the API (for example by deliberately hammering it or working around quotas and limits);
• use the service in a way that harms other users or the infrastructure.

Accounts that break these rules can be suspended or removed.

Plans and limits #

The plans, their monthly parse quotas and prices are the ones published in the pricing section of this site. Retention per plan is documented in the privacy policy. Paid plans are billed through Stripe.

Account deletion #

You can have your account deleted at any time on request: email info@productivity-boost.com and we will remove the account and the data stored for it.

Law and venue #

German law applies. If you are a merchant (Kaufmann), the place of jurisdiction is Passau, Germany.
